PMI Banner
This was made to create awareness and interest in PMI’s PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) certification. The PMI-PMP (Project Management Professional) is the flagship certification. This banner is aimed at those PMP certified individuals, who may be interested in obtaining the PBA certification as well.
Election Results Page Header
Web page header for The Colorado Independent / COLAB. I created a fun animated gif for this page to attract a younger demographic. Click here for the live page.

BEHIND THE SCENES
Homepage Logo – Alt Versions
For the sake of file size, I wanted to give myself the challenge of sticking to a 6 frame gif. Version A was done before the logo was fully developed. I was at the early stages of the animation concept and didn’t think it was clear what was happening with the animation. For version C, I really liked how fun and attention grabbing it was. However, I didn’t like having the square a different color than “mdh”. I tried adding the effect to the text part of the logo, but it really decreased legibility.
…
Also, for the sake of brand consistency, I didn’t want the home page use of the logo to deviate so much from the logo’s look in other instances, such as business cards and other places on the website. With version D, I didn’t think the visual metaphor was as powerful as the impression of upward thrust/flight created by the version I ended up using. Although, I’m still intrigued by this concept and my develop it further when I have the time.
